McCreery Office Design Proposal
Our office design and layout team proposed creating a workspace that is warm and inviting, encouraging a sense of happiness and respect among colleagues who have transitioned back to the office after working from home for an extended period.
Meet and Greet Reception Area:
We have created a café-inspired environment in the meet and greet reception area, providing a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for visitors and employees alike.
Workstations:
The office now boasts a variety of workstations, including fixed-height desks, adjustable-height desks, low chairs, and a high counter, catering to different preferences and work styles of employees.
Breakout Spaces:
We have incorporated breakout spaces within the office, providing areas where employees can take short breaks, engage in casual conversations, or work collaboratively in a more relaxed setting.
Small Office with Superior Acoustics:
To ensure privacy and minimize distractions, we have created a small office space with superior acoustics and sound insulation, allowing employees to focus on their tasks without interruptions.
Superior Boardroom:
The boardroom has been upgraded with high-level audio-visual systems, enhancing the overall meeting experience and enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
Based on our design proposal, the client proceeded with the build and fit-out of the workspace. We project-managed the entire process from concept to completion before handing it over to the client in May 2023.
We are thrilled to hear that the end result has been met with enthusiasm and appreciation by the client's employees. The careful attention to detail in creating a warm and respectful environment has contributed to their happiness and willingness to embrace the new working arrangement.
The café-inspired reception area has been particularly well-received, providing a positive first impression to both employees and visitors.
